We strive for unity and partnership in fulfilling our purpose and achieving our goals, recognising that together we are stronger.

Inclusivity Whanaungatanga

We foster relationships, kinship and a sense of belonging through shared experiences and love for reti ngaru (surfing), te moana (the ocean) and te taiao (the environment).

Advocacy Manaakitanga

We care – about te taio, te moana, Aotearoa’s wāhine and kōtiro surfers and surfing communities. We have a responsibility to advocate for positive change and raise awareness.

Environmental Stewardship Kaitiakitanga

We are passionate about preserving te taiao and te moana for future generations and believe we have an important role to play as stewards and guardians of these precious taonga (treasures).

Support Tautokotanga

We exist to represent and tautoko (support) the interests of wāhine and kōtiro surfers in Aotearoa, striving for positive and equitable outcomes and representation.
